One of the most important passages proving the Hypostatic union of Jesus Christ: He is fully God and fully man. While there are many characters in the bible who are pagan gods, Jesus claims to be the Jewish God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and Moses. As soon as the Jews heard this, they considered it blasphemy (Leviticus Chapter 24) and tried to stone him.
